teasr AI drafts the documents. A person signs them off.

If your adviser runs the sale on teasr, this is how the documents a buyer reads are made.

  1. Reconciles your figures first

Before it drafts a memorandum, it puts your figures into one record. If two of them disagree, it stops and says where.

  2. Drafts the teasr and the memorandum

The anonymous teasr a buyer sees first, then the full memorandum. Both go out under your adviser’s name.

  3. Checks the figures against yours

The financials in each document must trace back to the figures you supplied. One that does not blocks sign-off.

  4. A named person signs it off

Someone at teasr reads each document and certifies it before anything goes out. Nothing publishes itself.

Two people, both named.

You are about to type your company’s numbers into a website. It is fair to want to know who runs it.
