  • Seller account

Whether you came on your own or your adviser invited you. Everything during the sale is free to you.

  • Exit Readiness Report

    one-off, per business (no VAT)
    £495

What a buyer will ask about your numbers

It does not tell you what your business is worth. It tells you what a buyer will ask about the numbers you have, which is the part you can still do something about.

Exit Readiness Report

Your figures checked, the profit a buyer will actually use, what they will push back on, and a 90-day plan to fix it. £495 (no VAT), once, with a re-run within six months included.

In the report
  • Your figures checked against each other, so you know they agree before a buyer looks
  • The bridge from the profit in your accounts to the profit a buyer will use
  • The add-backs a buyer is likely to reject, and why
  • The documents a buyer will ask for that you don’t have yet
  • A 90-day plan: what to fix, in the order worth fixing it
  • A re-run within six months, included, once you’ve made the changes
  • Then advisers ask to talk to you

    to you
    £0

With a report done, you can let advisers see an anonymous profile. Those who want the work ask to talk to you, and you see every request together. You pick one, or none. It costs you nothing either way.

Advisers on some plans see new profiles a few days earlier than others. Every adviser’s request reaches you at the same time, in random order.

teasr does not recommend advisers or act for either side. You decide whether advisers can see your profile, and you decide who you talk to.

Owner-led sale

Selling with your accountant or a part-time non-executive, rather than an adviser on a success fee? Run the sale yourself, on the same tools advisers use.

  • Owner-led sale: 3-month minimum

    a month (no VAT)Then 30 days’ notice.
    £195

What you get

  • The same readiness check, documents and private sharing space advisers use
  • Two people: you, and your accountant or non-executive
  • One business: your own
  • The same sign-off and release log on every document

Owners selling a smaller business who already have an accountant or a non-executive they trust, and who are comfortable dealing with buyers themselves.

The trade-off

  • No adviser success fee.
  • Nobody negotiates for you. You deal with buyers yourself.
  • Your accountant or non-executive is paid separately, by you.
  • teasr does not find or introduce buyers.

An adviser is often worth it: buyers negotiate for a living, and many owners end up better off with someone doing the same on their side. If you’d rather have one, teasr is built for advisers too.

teasr does not act for you, find or introduce buyers, or advise on price, structure or terms. You are the seller.

What is an owner-led sale?

You run the sale of your own business yourself, on the same tools advisers use, instead of paying an adviser a success fee. It is £195 a month (no VAT). teasr does not act for you, find or introduce buyers, or advise on price, structure or terms. You are the seller.

Can my accountant use it?

Yes. There are 2 places: yours, and one for your accountant or a part-time non-executive. They are your own adviser, paid by you, and teasr does not act for either of you.

What if the sale takes longer than I planned?

It is monthly, so nothing changes if it does. There is a 3-month minimum, then you can stop on 30 days’ notice, whenever the sale ends or you decide not to go ahead.

Why not just hire an adviser?

An adviser is often worth it, and many owners should. They negotiate for you, which this does not do. Owner-led suits an owner who already has an accountant or non-executive they trust and is happy to deal with buyers directly. There is no adviser’s success fee to pay, and no negotiator on your side either. Your accountant or non-executive is still paid separately.

One subscription. Every deal included.

Every plan runs unlimited deals, and every deal gets the same product. Plans differ by how many of your people use teasr, how much help you get winning mandates, and how early you see owners looking for an adviser.

What it costs per deal

Every invoice shows each deal’s share of the plan, so you can rebill it to the client as a disbursement.

Deals are unlimited, so this is a share of the plan, never a charge. Running more deals lowers it.

Your plan

Questions advisers ask

Is there a limit on deals?

No. Every plan runs unlimited deals, and every deal gets the same product. You never pay more for running another one.

So what changes between plans?

How many of your people use teasr, how much help you get winning new mandates, how early you see owners looking for an adviser, and the level of support. Never the quality of a deal.

Annual or monthly?

Annual is paid upfront and works out two months free. Monthly is the same plan paid each month over a twelve-month term.

Can we change plan?

Move up at any time and we credit what’s left of the old plan. Moving down takes effect at renewal.

Can we rebill this to the client?

Yes. Every invoice shows each deal’s share of the plan, so it can go on the client’s bill as a disbursement.

Do you take a percentage?

No. We never take a percentage of anything, and no fee we charge depends on a deal completing.

Do higher plans get recommended to owners?

No. Higher plans see new owner profiles sooner, but an owner sees every request together, in random order, and never sorted by plan. We don’t recommend or rank advisers, and nobody pays to be chosen.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 30 days, no card, with one test run on a sale you’ve already completed.

  • Buyers pay nothing

permanently, once verifiedAccess is free and stays free. We verify who you are before you see anything, and the adviser decides what you get.
